Hey guys! Andrew HERE.

As a Fractional Creative Director, I help brands and agencies supercharge their creative teams through systems, coaching, and strategy.

I’m an expert in organic and paid content, and have lead teams that have created tens of thousands of pieces of cutting-edge, disruptive content for hundreds of brands in the Ecom, SAAS, and Info spaces.

If you’re new here, allow me to quickly share my story.

In 2013, as a freshman in college, I dropped out of school and ended up traveling the world on a budget (Quarter Life Crisis?)

By 2017, I was underemployed, and living at my parents house.

I decided to start The Andrew Deitsch Podcast, and I began recording conversations with the most interesting people I knew.

The podcast became a big part of my life, and I got to meet amazing people like DJ Will Clarke, Ed Bolian, Mr. Steele, & the Mind Pump guys to name a few.

The main goal of the podcast is to expose amazing individuals whose stories deserve to be heard, and encourage people to pursue their dreams.

One of the most important people I met through the podcast was Richard Corbett.

Together, we created Wheels2Walking, one of the largest wheelchair focused YouTube channels in history.

Under my creative direction, we racked up over 10 million views and 100k subscribers.

In 2020, we launched the Wheels2Walking Podcast & we won a Shorty Award in the Health & Wellness category.

After working together for 2 years, Richard & I mutually decided to part ways professionally in late 2020.

In November 2020, I accepted a founding position as creative director at 4Media Marketing.

As creative director, I managed a hybrid team of in-house and remote creative professionals to create cutting-edge, disruptive visual content for ecommerce brands around the world as well as all of the content for our own brand.

We created multiple shows for 4Media’s YouTube channel including a reality show about our office, an ads review show, our company podcast, and much more.

I personally created the 4Media logo, brand identity, and our website.

In late 2023, 4Media merged with The Hemon Group to form BAD Marketing.

My team was in charge of the entire rebrand, which was a massive undertaking including website redesign, social media rebranding and rollout strategy, and all new visual identity.

Over the three years of my tenure, my team was responsible for creating over 30k pieces of conversion focused content for 150+ ecommerce brands.

This included video ads, motion graphic ads, still graphic ads, website photography and much more.

We had the opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands in the space including ClickFunnels, Snow Oral Care, Blue Chew, Target, Eczema Honey, and many more.

Click the video to check out some of my favorite projects that my team and I created.

My team was also responsible for creating the visual identity for Agency Founders LIVE, our annual event for other agency owners to come learn from us.

We successfully threw the event three times under my direction.

My team was responsible for all event visuals including event videography and photography, lanyards, wristbands, stage visuals, merch, social media content + management, signage, website content, digital ads, and much more.

In January of 2024, I decided to leave BAD Marketing to pursue work as a consultant living in Venice Beach, CA.

As a consultant, I provide strategic guidance and support to businesses by aligning creative teams, directing vision, optimizing productivity, implementing systems, developing organic content strategy, assisting in recruiting/hiring processes, and podcast direction, including gear selection and setup.
